Subject: Laughing with Al Murray, meeting with Andrew Mitchell
To:
bynwalters@libertysurf.fr A Westminster Policy Forum Meeting doesn't sound quite as much fun as a lock-in at Al Murray's pub does it? But it's really exciting to us because it gives us a chance to influence the new government's policies and strategy.
We're staging a meeting with Andrew Mitchell MP - the new Secretary of State for International Development and Radhika Coomaraswamy from the United Nations. We want to start a healthy debate between the government, policy-makers, academics and other charities about making sure that the UK's international aid is meeting the rights and needs of marginalised children in conflict-affected countries. Use the links below to follow the debate on our Facebook and Twitter pages. | We've got a brand new and unlocked iPhone 4 up for grabs in our latest raffle. Tickets are just £2. Our CEO Mark is in Congo - a war-torn country in which 1 in 5 children die before their fifth birthday. You can follow his trip via his tweets We're ebay auctioning a limited edition print of Pete Doherty's iconic Glastonbury painting
