Bearing all this in mind, we have all the root words to be able to translate anything ancient or modern, but we don't have to because our philologists may look at a different aspect or see something from a different angle, having a different concept, so whereas a Roman might settle on one word respecting specific aspects and angles, we may choose a different word or phrase altogether, no need for translations there; plus the fact that that languages are organic and evolve differently in different regions; prês & allan in the north and arian & mâs in the south, dictionaries bind these together. English is more flexible because it doesn't have a domestic root, therefore it can't and could never be bound, that's why the Welsh have an 'Yr Academi Gymreig' and the French deliberately decided to stop the rot with l'Acadamie Francaise', whilst English keeps rolling on regardless picking up all the flotsam. Not forgetting that near a thousand latin words seeped into Welsh under the empire and in some cases replaced the original viz a viz pysgod, and they themselves brought the 'llyfr', also that surprisingly some so called modern words such as 'car' are Celtic in origin.
