The Richest Cartoon Characters Of All Time: Who's Got The Most Cash? March 13, 2010   One of the staples of cartoons is a character that's unbelievably loaded. The one who's capable of anything because of their bank account, be it blocking out the sun or sculpting their likeness in the side of a mountain. But of these animated tycoons, who's the richest? Forbes occasionally puts out a Fictional 15, which often includes some of these animated tycoons, and attempts to calculate a net worth for each. But coming up with an exact number is tough -- these characters have all existed in fictional worlds and varying time periods. So we're leaving it up to you guys.
